Frequently asked questions
Can every puncture be repaired?
No. Punctures in the tread area can usually be repaired, but damage to the sidewall or shoulder, large holes, or a tyre that has been driven on flat usually can't be repaired safely. We'll show you what we find.
Is a plug from the outside good enough?
A plug pushed in from the outside is only a temporary fix. We take the tyre off the rim and repair it from the inside, which is the safe, permanent way to do it.
I've got a flat. What should I do?
Fit your spare if you can, or give us a call on 09 435 4545. Try not to drive on a flat tyre, as it can damage the tyre beyond repair very quickly.
